Sunil Sinha Sunil Sinha is Project Director of the MSME project and an international expert in the design and implementation of Private Sector Development (PSD) strategies in emerging markets. As eme’s Technical Director and head of its respected PSD practice, he has worked on a host of issues in this field for over 25 years. He has extensive experience of using PSD as a tool for poverty reduction through Pro-poor Growth (PPG), and this has been recognised by the OECD-DAC, which commissioned him to write an overarching paper on how PSD, among other factors, can best contribute to PPG.
Sunil has designed and implemented programmes in Nigeria, West Africa and globally to support small business development, policy reform, supply of business and market information, creation of Business Development Services (BDS), strengthening of public-private partnerships (PPPs), technology transfer, business linkages, and access to finance.
He has experience at the national, regional, institutional and enterprise level in all these areas. |
